Q. How long will it take to receive the item I ordered?

Normally, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the time the product is ordered to the time it is delivered to the customer.
Although the number of transportation days may vary depending on the logistics situation and the destination, we strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Q.Why does delivery take so long?

In order to provide our customers with high-quality products at affordable prices, we order products from reliable overseas manufacturers.
Therefore, it takes time for product inspection, international shipping, and customs procedures. We appreciate your understanding.

Q.What should I do if I want to receive the item quickly?

We are sorry, but our store does not offer immediate shipping service.
We will notify you of the tracking number when the item is shipped from overseas. After the product arrives in Japan, you can check the transportation status.

Q.I would like to specify the date and time of receiving the item.

We apologize, but due to international shipping and customs procedures, we are unable to specify a pick-up date and time.
After the product is delivered to the shipping company in Japan, you can make adjustments by contacting the shipping company directly, so please wait for a tracking number to be issued. (Date and time specifications may not be available for some deliveries)

Q. Can you ship overseas?

Delivery is only within Japan.

Due to system limitations, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.

Q. Can I exchange it if the size doesn't fit?

Yes, if you would like to exchange the size.

Q.Is there a cooling off period?

Q.I would like to return the product.
