About size exchange

As our store sells to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges after the order has been placed.

In order for you to shop with peace of mind, we accept size exchanges under the following conditions.

Please read the following three conditions and notes, and if you are satisfied with them, please contact us at the inquiry email address.

  1. You will be charged 25% of the list price as a handling fee.
  2. Please return the arrived item prepaid.
  3. Products of different sizes will be shipped after confirmation of completion of steps 1 and 2 above.
