At undigi, we are renovating our overseas shop locations from the end of January to the beginning of February in order to deliver better products to everyone.

For this reason, there is a risk that the delivery schedule for orders placed during the following period may be affected, so we would like to inform you as follows.

 

[Ease of delay]

1/20~25

▫︎We expect to be able to deliver items almost as usual, but there may be significant delays in some deliveries.

▫︎Items will be delivered from the end of February to the beginning of March at the latest.

1/26~2/10

▫︎There will definitely be a delay in delivery.

▫︎Items will be delivered from the end of February to the beginning of March at the latest.

⧉ After 2/11

▫︎Delivery is possible as usual.


 

[Cancellation of order]

For the period from January 20th to February 10th , we will accept cancellations of orders due to delivery delays free of charge for 3 days after receiving the order.
